2026 National Leadership Conference
The National Leadership Conference will be held in Nashville, Tennessee on May 6-10, 2026. The top competitive event winners at the Secondary and Postsecondary levels will compete in their respective competitions in hopes of becoming a national winner! In addition, students who have qualified for the Ambassador Torch Awards and other BPA Cares Program Awards will be recognized during this conference.
Information regarding the conference is distributed online at www.bpa.org/nlc. Additional information regarding the conference is located below.
NOTE: There will not be a Michigan State Meeting on the opening day of the conference. Instead, all important communication that needs to be distributed to chapter advisors throughout the conference will be sent via a text messaging service. Therefore, it will be important that Michigan BPA has the mobile phone numbers for all chapter advisors who are attending the national conference.

If your chapter has NLC qualifiers who will not be attending the national conference, please complete the NLC Non-attendance Form. Chapters in Michigan must register all their NLC qualifiers by Tuesday, March 17 at 5:00 PM ET. NLC qualifiers who are not registered by this date will forfeit their spot to compete at the NLC.
Please complete this form as early as possible so we can notify alternates and not forfeit a competitive event spot.

Are you interested in helping elected the next national leaders for our organization? If so, you may serve as a voting delegate and cast a vote for the members of the National Executive Council.
Voting delegate slots are limited. Complete a Voting Delegate Registration Form if you are interested in serving. The deadline to sign up as a voting delegate is April 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET.
