NLC Voting Delegates
The Michigan Association is looking for student members to serve as voting delegates for the BPA National Leadership Conference. There are limited spaces available. Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Voting delegates play an important role in the election of the national officers. Voting delegates are required to attend the following sessions:
Business Meeting
Campaign Rally
State Caucus Session
Voting is conducted electronically. Voting delegates must have their own charged device that will allow access to the Internet.
If you are interested in serving as a voting delegate on behalf of the Michigan Association, please complete the form below. If you sign up to serve, you must be available for the following sessions and events.
Do not sign up unless you have received your advisor’s permission and you are registered to attend the national conference.
The schedule below is from the 2026 NLC Preview Guide and is subject to change. The official schedule will be published in the conference mobile app once it is available.

3:00-4:00 PM: Candidate/Head Voting Delegate/Voting Delegate Briefing Meeting (for Michigan’s head voting delegates only)
Thursday, May 7, 2026
4:00-5:00 PM: Secondary Division Business Meeting
5:00 PM (approximately)/After Business Meeting: Secondary Division Campaign Rally
7:00-10:00 PM: Secondary Division State Caucus
Postsecondary Division
Wednesday, May 6, 2026
3:00-4:00 PM: Candidate/Head Voting Delegate/Voting Delegate Briefing Meeting (for Michigan’s head voting delegates only)

5:30-6:30 PM: Postsecondary Division Business Meeting
6:30 PM (approximately)/After Business Meeting: Postsecondary Division Campaign Rally
7:00-10:00 PM: Postsecondary Division State Caucus (if there are 12 or more candidates, a Campaign Rally will be held before the State Caucus)
