SLC JUDGES NEEDED
We are still in need of approximately 19 judges. Our most pressing need is in the presubmitted events area. If you have a conference chaperone, colleague, or friend who is willing to volunteer as a judge, please direct them to sign-up online at www.michiganbpa.org/slc-judges. The sooner they sign up, the sooner they will receive a confirmation. We would also mail them the presubmitted event contestant materials right away as well.

** UPCOMING SPECIAL E-MAIL BLASTS
You will receive the following e-mail blasts from me this week:
Wednesday: Official announcement that student schedules are available
Thursday: A special competitive events update describing information related 100% to competitive events (event time changes, equipment, etc.)
Friday: A special e-mail blast that is 100% delegate behavior/attendance
Friday: Announcement of the advisor assignments online

** STUDENT SCHEDULES AVAILABLE TOMORROW
Tomorrow, student competition time schedules will be available by logging on to the BPA Scheduler website. Once they are available, you will receive an e-mail blast tomorrow.

** ADVISOR ASSIGNMENTS AVAILABLE ON FRIDAY
Advisor contest assignments will be available on Friday. Please stay tuned for a special e-mail blast on Friday when they are available.

** VOTING DELEGATES PACKETS
Voting delegates packets will be available online tomorrow from www.michiganbpa.org/slc-documents. Please make sure your two voting delegates have copies of these packets so they can be prepared for their important role of electing the next leaders of our association.

** LEGACY LAUNCHER WORKSHOP DESCRIPTIONS
Each year, we continue to receive great feedback in terms of the presentations during the Legacy Launcher leadership seminars. The sessions this year are quite dynamic and interesting. I only wish I had time to attend some of them. Tomorrow, descriptions of all the Legacy Launchers will be posted online at www.michiganbpa.org/slc-documents.

** ADVISOR CELL PHONES
We will continue using the text message system as we have done in past conferences. If you know for a fact that we do not have your cell phone number on record, please forward it to us. This text message system will be used as an emergency response system as well as a method to send periodic announcements/reminders throughout the conference. If you want to be excluded from receiving these messages, please let me know.

** LINKEDIN PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOTS SCHEDULE
As mentioned in previous Tuesday Tipsters, Michigan BPA will be offering LinkedIn (or other social media us) professional headshots at SLC. BPA alum and volunteer Michael Croff will be facilitating the mini headshot studio on the second level of the hotel, in front of Courtesy Corps (Registration Booth).

Headshots will be offered for $10, of which $5 will be contributed to Michigan BPA.

The schedule for the LinkedIn photo booth schedule is as follows:
