** SLC REGISTRATION PAYMENT DEADLINE IS TOMORROW
State conference registration payments are due tomorrow. If you have not paid your conference registration, make plans to do so immediately. You may pay your conference registration online at https://ebill.emich.edu/C20704_ustores/web/classic/store_cat.jsp?STOREID=17&CATID=24&SINGLESTORE=true. Late fees will start applying after tomorrow.
** SLC JUDGES NEEDED
We are still in need of approximately 17 judges. Our most pressing need is in the presubmitted events area. If you have a conference chaperone, colleague, or friend who is willing to volunteer as a judge, please direct them to sign-up online at www.michiganbpa.org/slc-judges. The sooner they sign up, the sooner they will receive a confirmation. We would also mail them the presubmitted event contestant materials right away as well.
** SLC SAFETY PLAN
A copy of the SLC Safety Plan is available for download at www.michiganbpa.orga/slc-documents. You may want to review this document prior to the SLC and have a copy on hand during the actual conference.
** STUDENT SCHEDULES
Student competition time schedules are being finalized at this moment in time. Once schedules are available, they will be shared with the chapter advisors electronically via logging on to the BPA Scheduler website. Please stay tuned for a special e-mail message announcing that the schedules are available.
** NLC REGISTRATION OPENS FEBRUARY 28, 2018
Registration for the national leadership conference opens on Wednesday, February 28, 2018. Advisors will register online at the leadership conference website located at www.registermychapter.com/bpamem/Login.asp?From=Conf.asp.

LINKEDIN PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOTS AT SLC
Michigan BPA will be offering LinkedIn (or other social media us) professional headshots at SLC. BPA alum and volunteer Michael Croff will be facilitating the mini headshot studio on the second level of the hotel, in front of Courtesy Corps.
We are excited to offer this additional service to conference participants, advisers and volunteers. Photos will be individually edited and delivered via email after the conference.
Headshots will be offered for $10, of which $5 will be contributed to Michigan BPA.
For group sales of headshots feel free to contact Michael Croff during the conference or before at firstname.lastname@example.org or 517-242-2851.
A schedule of headshot studio open hours will be available soon.

You will receive your official notification and balance due invoice directly from the hotel by the beginning of next week, if you haven’t already received it. This information will be sent via e-mail to the person listed on the General Reservation Information page of your hotel reservation. Stay tuned to e-mail for your invoice from the hotel.
Advisor contest assignments have not been completed yet. Please stay tuned for more information. We hope to have the advisor assignments posted online by the end of next week. Once they are available, a special e-mail message will be sent to all advisors.
