** DEADLINE TOMORROW: PRELIMINARY MEMBERSHIP DUES
Although tomorrow is the preliminary dues deadline, you will be able to add additional students after today. In addition, if you discover you want to add a co-advisor later, that’s possible after today as well. Tomorrow’s preliminary deadline guarantees your chapter remains on our chapter roster for 2017-2018.

The link to enter your dues-paying members is: http://registermychapter.com/bpamem/.
As explained during the fall leadership conference, you can import your list of students’ names as well as their torch awards activities from last year during the time period when you create your first membership dues list. After you login, click the appropriate “import” button option when you login to the site to create your dues list.
** BPA SCHEDULER ATTENDEE LISTS NOT MATCHING MEMBERSHIP LIST (S)
We have been advised of some isolated incidents whereby the membership list online at the National BPA site is not matching the attendee list inside of BPA Scheduler. Please take time to make sure the names and Member ID numbers that are online on the national site match what is listed on the BPA Scheduler website. At the present time, we are unable to identify the precise cause of this problem, but we are working on a resolution. If you notice any discrepancies in your lists, please send a complete list of discrepancies (or screenshots) to me and Alex Morris at email@example.com. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience.
** NATIONAL EDUCATION FOR BUSINESS MONTH
November 2017 offers all business educators an ideal opportunity to demonstrate why a business education curriculum is so important to all students, regardless of what career they ultimately pursue. Make sure you are doing something and putting up signs and posters throughout your school to highlight National Education for Business Month.
The National Business Education Association has posters for sale that you can place in a prominent place in your school for student, faculty, administrators, and parents to see. These 17 x 22-inch color posters are great visuals to remind students that business courses are essential for developing the life skills necessary for future success. To order your posters, please visit www.mcssl.com/store/nbeaonlinebookstore/catalog/search to access the NBEA Bookstore. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to create special events and promote business education in your schools.
