2026 State Leadership Conference Dinner Session
Please use the following menu to consider whether anyone in your chapter requires a special accommodations form in order to request a modified meal to account for any dietary restrictions or allergies. Please note that due to the size of our conference, special meals can only be provided for those who request them prior to the extended deadline of February 20, 2026 before 5:00 PM ET. Special meals cannot be requested on-site.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The list below is not intended as an exhaustive depiction of every ingredient present in each item, but rather a detailed menu overview for your reference. Those with highly specific allergies or concerns about particular individual ingredients should submit a special accommodations form to alert us to these situations so we may accommodate your needs where applicable.
Salad
Standard Salad: Chopped romaine, roasted tomato, olive mélange, rosemary vinaigrette, pecorino
Vegan Salad: Same as above, but with an alternative vegan dressing and no pecorino
Rolls: Classic dinner rolls will be separately plated at each table setting. Those with gluten allergies should avoid them.
Entrée
Standard Entrée: Herb brined chicken breast, herb jus, smoked gouda potatoes au gratin, broccolini
Vegan Entrée: Vegan mushroom “scallops:” seared trumpet mushrooms, mushroom jus, risotto, spring peas, aged balsamic
Dessert
Standard Desserts:
Caramel corn verrine: brown sugar chiffon, butter caramel, popcorn ganache, vanilla mousse, caramel corn garnish;
Red velvet mousse brownie: red velvet mousse, fudgey brownie, soft cream, medley of fresh berries
Vegan Dessert: Key lime cheesecake mousse
All menu items are free of the following allergens:
Nuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, pork
Michigan BPA and our partners at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel take allergies and dietary requests very seriously. While our catering partners do their best to avoid cross-contamination, their facility is not nut-free nor allergen free and the potential for cross-contamination does exist.
