FLC Registration Invoice

Please download and review the FLC Memo for all the conference details and conference schedule.

This year, all participants will receive a meal ticket for the meal they have selected. Therefore, you must enter the meal selection for advisors and students. You do not need to identify the meals by name; however, you must indicate the number of each meal type. Descriptions of meals are as follows:

  • TURKEY GRINDER BOX: Generously layered sliced deli turkey and American Swiss cheese on Italian bread with shredded lettuce and thinly sliced tomato. Served with condiment packets, potato chips, and chef's choice of cookie.

  • HAM GRINDER BOX: Generously layered sliced deli ham and American Swiss cheese on Italian bread with shredded lettuce and thinly sliced tomato. Served with condiment packets, potato chips, and chef's choice of cookie.

  • (Vegan) VEGETABLE SHRED WRAP: Shredded carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, julienne summer squash, zucchini and bell peppers tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette, nestled in a flavored Lavash wrap. Served with potato chips and chef's choice of cookie.

  • (Gluten-Free) GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD BOX LUNCH: Grilled chicken breast strips atop salad greens with gluten free dressing. Served with potato chips.

Before you begin completing the registration, you must know the meal selection for you and all your participants. Fields marked with an asterick (*) must be filled in.
