On behalf of all of us at Palace Sports & Entertainment, we want to thank you for your continued support of the Detroit Pistons. The following is an update on the NBA's labor negotiations and the Detroit Pistons Sports & Entertainment Workshop on Friday, December 9.

Despite extensive efforts, the NBA has not reached a new collective bargaining agreement with the players' union and has cancelled all regular season games through November 30. The cancellations have not affected your scheduled game and we are excited to inform you that regardless of the labor situation, we will continue to host the DECA, BPA, SkillsUSA and FCCLA Sports & Entertainment Workshop on December 9.

Given your feedback and our continued focus on improving the program, we are pleased to offer a highly respected panel of speakers in areas of Marketing, Finance, Hospitality, Game Operations, Ticket Sales and Community Relations. Additionally, two of our top executives, Senior VP of Sales and Service Shawn Kuzmin and EVP of Corporate Partnerships Dan Hauser are confirmed to address your group. All participants will have the opportunity to take a shot on the court and additional information on programming will be provided as the event date approaches.

In the event of a schedule change and the Pistons do not have a home game on Friday, December 9, each participant will receive a voucher to redeem a Pistons ticket to a future non-premium home game along with the ability to purchase additional tickets.
