Have you ever played on a sports team? Maybe in high school? Maybe when you were a little kid? Maybe just in gym class? Chances are that you have in some way or another. What makes a good team? Is it talent? Is it hard work? Is it dedication or determination? All of those things are important, but the most important thing in a successful team is teamwork.

Teamwork is an essential key when building success. No one person can do everything by his/herself. I have been a part of numerous teams in the past. Whether it was a sports team or a BPA competitive team, one thing every team had in common was that we all worked together. You have to work together and use each other’s strengths and weaknesses in accomplishing your goals. When you are a part of a team that does not work together and all the time is spent arguing, it makes it really hard to accomplish what you set out to do. But when everyone works together and stays positive and works hard, your team can accomplish anything!
